Hi Kathi, Your plan is very comprehensive. One suggestion I have is to develop a tool for your teacher observations so they will have an idea of what you are look for and to make them not subjective. Great Job!

ReplyDeleteThis is a very thought out and well developed plan. I too am reading Rigor Is Not A Four Letter Word. Dr. Blackburn is doing a web conference for our school on February the 20th. I will let you know how it goes. One suggestion may be to make a lesson plan template for the teachers whose students show no growth. This may give them a better point of reference. Also maybe offer to team teach a lesson if time allows. Please comment on mine. I have no comments. :(
